Reel Garage ("the Service") is a private tool operated by its owner for uploading vehicle videos, generating short-form ad concepts with AI, and publishing the resulting content to connected social platforms such as TikTok. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

The Service is intended for the account owner and authorized operators only. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity performed under your account.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of all videos, images, descriptions, and other material you upload ("User Content"). You grant the Service a limited license to store, process, transcode, and transmit your User Content solely to provide the features you request — including generating ad scripts, rendering edits, and publishing to social platforms you have connected.

3. Third-Party Platforms

When you connect a social platform such as TikTok, the Service interacts with that platform on your behalf using the access you have authorized. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective terms and policies. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or that violates the policies of any connected platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to the vehicles, people, music, and brands shown in your uploads.

5. AI-Generated Output

The Service uses AI models to suggest ad concepts, scripts, captions, and edits. AI output may contain errors and should be reviewed before publishing. You are responsible for the final content you post.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
