This Privacy Policy explains what information Reel Garage ("the Service") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The Service is operated as a private tool for uploading vehicle videos and publishing short-form content to connected social platforms such as TikTok.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: email address and authentication identifiers used to sign in.
User Content: videos, vehicle names, descriptions, and before/after tags you upload.
Generated content: AI-produced ad concepts, scripts, captions, hashtags, and clip plans created from your library.
Platform tokens: when you connect a social platform such as TikTok, we store the access and refresh tokens needed to publish on your behalf. These tokens are stored encrypted at rest.
Operational logs: basic request and error logs used to keep the Service running.

2. How We Use Information

To store and play back your video library.
To generate ad concepts, scripts, and edit plans using AI.
To publish content to the social platforms you have explicitly connected.
To retrieve post performance data from those platforms when permitted.
To secure the Service and prevent abuse.

3. Third-Party Services

The Service uses a managed cloud backend for authentication, database, and file storage, and AI model providers to generate text and edit plans. When you connect TikTok, content and metadata you choose to publish are transmitted to TikTok subject to TikTok's terms and privacy policy. The Service is not affiliated with TikTok.

4. Data Retention

User Content and generated content are retained until you delete them or delete your account. Platform tokens are retained until you disconnect the platform or revoke access from that platform's settings.

5. Your Choices

You can delete individual videos and ad concepts at any time from the app.
You can disconnect a social platform at any time, which revokes our stored tokens.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting the account owner via the contact channel listed on the developer's TikTok app registration.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), encrypted storage of tokens, and row-level access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
